Who we are

620 Legal isn’t taking new client registrations just yet, so for now the main thing you can do here is join our waitlist. This note explains exactly what happens to the details you share when you do. Nothing more complicated than that.

What we collect

There are two kinds of information, and we’d rather be upfront about both.

What you give us. Your name and email address. If you choose to, you can add your business type and a short note about what you need help with.

What we collect automatically. When you submit the form we also record your IP address, basic browser and device information (your user agent), the page that sent you here, and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) on the link you clicked. This is standard web data that tells us where our signups come from.

Why we collect it

We use all of it for a short list of things: to email you when registration reopens, to understand which channels bring people to us, and to keep the form free of spam and abuse. That’s the whole list.

Who we share it with

Your details are stored with Google Cloud (Firestore), the infrastructure that runs this site. They process the data on our behalf and nothing more. We won’t sell or rent your information, and we won’t add you to anyone else’s marketing lists. You’ll only ever hear from us about getting access to the product.

Analytics and cookies

We’d like to understand how people find and use this page, so we use Google Analytics. It only runs if you accept it. The first time you visit, we ask, and nothing analytics-related loads until you say yes. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies and measures your visit, with your IP address shortened for privacy. If you decline, it never loads and no analytics cookies are set. To change your choice later, clear this site’s data in your browser and the question comes back.

How long we keep it

We hold on to your details until you ask us to remove them. Want off the list? Email hello@620legal.com and we’ll delete your details promptly.

Your choices

Wherever you are in the US, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, and rest assured we won’t sell it. No account and no legal jargon required. Just email hello@620legal.com and we’ll take care of it.

Children

The waitlist isn’t meant for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
